1. Light Fuels may collect the following information from its users or customers:

Personal Information (such as, but not limited to): Name, home address, email address,
mobile number, age, birthday, gender, home address (barangay and city), vehicle type,
Account Information: Username, password
Transaction Information: Rewards transactions, purchase history

2. Use of Information

2.1 By using our Services, you consent and acknowledge that Light Fuels may use its users’ or
customers’ information for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain his/her membership account;
To process transactions and manage rewards points and vouchers;
To communicate with the user or customer;
To improve Light Fuels services; and
To comply with legal obligations provided for under these Terms and applicable laws.

Sharing Information

1. To perform its duties in any established programs, you consent and acknowledge that Light
Fuels may share the data collected to the following stakeholders:

Service providers tasked to maintain the programs, following data sharing protocols as
required;
Affiliates and related companies within the Topline Group; and
Government agencies, as required by law or as requested for investigation purposes.

Disposal of Information

(a) Users or customers may choose to opt out of any Light Fuels Services/program at any time
during their participation. Upon opting out and deleting their account, all information associated
with them shall be permanently deleted and removed from the Light Fuels database.

(b) In the event that a user’s or customer’s account in any Light Fuels Services/program becomes
inactive during the prescribed validity period, any collected information shall likewise be deleted
from the Light Fuels databases.

Security

Light Fuels implements a range of security measures to protect and safeguard the information of
its users and customers. However, no method or date transmission or storage is completely 100%
secure. Accordingly, Light Fuels does not guarantee the absolute security of any information
transmitted or stored in connection with any of its programs. Users and customers are solely
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and passwords, and for taking
reasonable steps within their control to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of
their personal data.

Communication Policy

(a) Electronic Communications

By using and/or participating any in any Light Fuels Servives/program, you consent to receive
electronic communications from Light Fuels and the Topline Group, including but not limited to,
promotional messages, account updates, and notifications about the its programs.

(b) Opting Out

You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications at any time by following the
unsubscribe instructions included in such communications. However, you shall continue to
receive essential account-related communications.
