At Light Fuels, we go beyond fueling vehicles — we drive progress. Rooted in Cebu, we’re dedicated to innovation, efficiency, and creating rewarding experiences for every Filipino on the road.
Our Story
Born out of the vision of Top Line Business Development Corporation, Light Fuels launched its first service station in Mandaue City in 2023. What began as a single site has quickly grown into a dynamic network of stations across Metro Cebu, Cebu Province, Negros Oriental, and Siquijor, including our compact and innovative Light Fuels Express locations tailored for motorcycles and scooters. From the very beginning, we’ve invested in technology, infrastructure, and people to build stations that serve both traditional fuel vehicles and the fast-growing EV market.

Where We’re Headed
Led by its parent company, Topline Business Development Corporation, Light Fuels draws on decades of expertise – fueling every station, every journey, and every community we serve.
By the end of 2026, Light Fuels aims to operate 50 stations across Cebu, Leyte, Siquijor, and Negros Oriental, expanding its reach to serve more communities. Each station is built with customer-first features, including efficient layouts and practical amenities for a smooth and convenient experience.
As Light Fuels grows, it remains committed to delivering accessible, reliable, and innovative service at every stop.
